The Canberra Mum's Fitness Group are supporting Ks for Kids Canberra 2016.
If you are looking to regain fitness after having a bub, maintain your fitness while pregnant or need some support and motivation though your health and fitness journey, join other like-minded women and take on a 5km, 15km, or 30km walk challenge, all the while supporting research into treatments and cures for childhood disease.

CMRI is asking the difficult questions and working hard to find real answers so we can give these children a healthier future.
